Designed and deployed a proprietary gigabit Anapa — Taman — Kerch radio-relay link and ground segments across six peninsula cities. Each channel was commissioned in 1–2 weeks.
The only gigabit independent backbone on the peninsula at the time; channels handed over to state agencies for operational use.
